Exchange & Cancellation Policy

SensibleTshirts strives to give you a quality product of your choice. However if the t-shirt doesn’t fit right, the product you received isn’t the one you chose or if there’s a manufacturing fault, we’ll exchange it for you.

Can I return my order for a full refund?

Since all our products are made-to-order (manufactured once an order is received), returning product/s for a full refund is not possible.

How can I exchange an order?

After receiving the delivery, you can exchange your order within 7 days. We will either replace it with another design or size, or replace it with a fresh product in case of a manufacturing fault. Items in Clearance Sale are not eligible for exchanges.

Items will have to be in good condition and returned in their original packaging. Brand tags have to be intact; products with removed tags indicate usage and will not be accepted for exchange.
Once an exchange request is received, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address. You will need to keep the product/s packed and ready for pick-up. Once the product/s are received and verified at our office, we will arrange the exchange as per your request and deliver within 7-10 working days.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us your cancellation request within 24 hours at sensibletshirts@gmail.com.
The entire order amount will be refunded back to you within 7-10 days after the acceptance of your cancellation request.
